**Description:** **We are looking for an experienced** **Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Tallinn.** As Hyatt’s first property in this exciting market, the hotel plays a key role in expanding the brand’s presence and growth in the region. **Your Role** As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in the pre-opening phase of the Hyatt Place Tallinn and be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This position will oversee recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent for our new property. **Key Responsibilities** + **Recruitment & Staffing:** Lead the recruitment process to identify and hire qualified candidates for all hotel positions.
