**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:**
+ Build and implement HR programs, policies and initiatives that align with business strategies including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, training and full employee life cycle processes.
+ Participate with site and HR leadership; supervise an HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator.
+ Build relationships with business leaders, understand their individual business requirements and strategies; provide coaching, advice and support in relation to organizational change, talent management and capability development.
+ Provide day to day Human Resources support to the workforce through employee engagement on the shop floor and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Respond to questions/inquires in a timely manner and work to resolve concerns as soon as identified.
+ Champion and reinforce the nVent culture and our “Win Right” values, promoting our goal to be an employer of choice and attract and retain the best people.
+ Create and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
+ Lead recruiting efforts for the site, ensuring full compliance, strong diversity, and an effective selection process.
+ Foster and promote nVent’s Continuous Excellence culture by driving an open, empowering, and proactive approach to organizational change.
+ Implement attraction and engagement programs to hire and retain the best people
+ Lead HR project work to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
**YOU HAVE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or related field required
+ 7+ years of progressive HR experience
+ 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
+ Experience working in manufacturing facilities
+ Experience conducting investigations around employee complaints and involving the appropriate individuals to facilitate resolutions.
+ Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
+ Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

The HR Manager for our nVent CADDY manufacturing plant plays a key role at this facility and is part of a larger campus team. If you are passionate about delivering a positive employee experience, we are looking for you! As part of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources.
