Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Build and implement HR programs, policies and initiatives that align with business strategies including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, training and full employee life cycle processes. + Participate with site and HR leadership; supervise an HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator. + Build relationships with business leaders, understand their individual business requirements and strategies; provide coaching, advice and support in relation to organizational change, talent management and capability development. + Provide day to day Human Resources support to the workforce through employee engagement on the shop floor and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
