Overall Purpose
To provide overall direction in the administration of HR plans and programs affecting employees deployed in the Client project.
Scope of Role
Oversees the administration of HR plans, services and programs affecting employees deployed in the Moog project.Collaborates with the Country HR Department in the overall management of the department’s plans and activities. Develop and implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent.Ensure HR policies compliance with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices.Ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organization.Monitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.Prepares various communications and documentations on recruitment and other HR related activities.Prepares and maintains various customer requirement quality reports.Recommends an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process.Ensures compliance to DGF and other local regulatory requirements.Organizes and conducts approved monthly and annual employee relations programs and activities.Spearheads the employee relations and engagement activities for the assigned site.Counsel DGF leaders on-site on any matters related to HR – recruitment, benefits, employee discipline, performance review, etc.Formulates fair and equitable processes and guidelines on employee counseling and discipline.Handles all employee disciplinary and grievance matters such as conducting inquiry sessions, recommending employee dismissal, etc.Trains line managers and supervisors on the proper counseling and disciplinary techniques.Ensures delivery of high-quality employee relations services.Ensures a variety of communication tools and mechanisms are in place to ensure that employees are well informed and have the opportunity for feedback. Implement and promote local programs to encourage a culture of high performance and reinforcing the company values.Administers disciplinary procedures, dispute management, termination.Manages employee recruitment, selection, hiring and placement. Ensure timely hiring of qualified workforce.Manages induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with DHL’s business, policy and culture.Ensures career management systems include career counselling, development programs and succession planning.Ensures a variety of communication tools and mechanisms are in place to ensure that employees are well informed and have the opportunity for feedback.

QualificationsWith at least five years’ work related experience.At least Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management and other behavioral science courses.
