Century City Law firm seeks HR Manager (Onsite) up to $180,000 DOE
This is an onsite position.
Compliance and Risk Management
+ Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws, leave policies, harassment prevention, and workplace safety).
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including I-9s, personnel files, and training documentation.
Employee Relations and Engagement
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
+ Address employee concerns promptly and equitably, ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Benefits and Compensation Administration
+ Oversee administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
+ Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with accounting or payroll providers.
Strategic HR Planning
+ Collaborate with firm leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
+ Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
There is growth into Director-level opportunity.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of California HR experience (ANY industry)
+ Currently reside commutable distance to Century City
