We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Manager - Human Resources. This role will oversee key HR functions, including payroll management, statutory compliance, training and development, attendance management, employee benefits, and HR MIS.Job Description
Payroll Management:Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.Manage payroll queries and address discrepancies.Training and Development:Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Conduct induction programs for new hires and track their progress.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Attendance and Leave Management:Supervise attendance systems and ensure accurate records.Address leave-related queries and implement attendance policies.Monitor absenteeism trends and suggest corrective actions.Employee Benefits Administration:Ensure timely updates and communication about benefits to employees.Maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements.Management Information Systems (MIS):Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards for payroll, compliance, and attendance.Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and records.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
