HR Manager Performance Management

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes aligned with organizational goals and values.

2. Design and oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency.

3. Guide leaders on creating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that cascade from organizational goals down to individual contributors, ensuring alignment and focus.

4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and objectives.

5. Facilitate performance review discussions and coach managers on providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.

6. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations, performance gaps and collaborate with learning and development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.

7. Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform talent management decisions.

8. Partner with function leaders and other stakeholders to address performance-related issues and develop action plans for improvement.

9. Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in performance management and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our practices.
