HR/Marketing Intern
Overview Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. is the largest independent locally owned and operated Emergency Medical Service provider in the greater Chicago land and northwest Indiana area. We are fast moving, innovative, and are currently seeking a part-time Human Resources/ Marketing Intern for our HR department to join our growing organization and be a part of our pool of talented team members. The Corporate headquarters of Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. and its affiliated subsidiaries are located in Elmhurst, IL.The Human Resources Intern will provide general office support to our Human Resources team. The intern will provide clerical and research support. Responsibilities include working with contracts and setting up autopayments. The applicant will perform diverse duties with minimal supervision; type, proofread, file data entry. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Responsibilities + Serves as part-time clerical support to the Human Resources department. + Review and update current contracts + Set up autopay with clients + Will follow through and complete all required paperwork and/or documentation. + Draft memos, letters and other correspondence as requested. + Researching on the internet as requested + Assisting with projects Qualifications + Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. + Exercise independent judgment; excellent attention to detail; and show initiative. + Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize independently. + Strong computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Must be internet savvy. + Excellent command of the English language and strong grammatical knowledge.
