Currently Seeking HR Office Assistants for a long term temporary position in Attleboro, MA.
Responsibilities of HR Office Assistant:
-Answer and direct incoming calls for department
--Perform data entry and filing tasks
-Write and create letters and materials for packets
-Assemble packets together
-Assist with other office tasks as assigned
Requirements of HR Office Assistant:
-Previous experience in office setting
-Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to multi task
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday -Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
