Summary

The role is responsible for supporting various human resources functions including licensing, employee engagement, training and development, talent management, and administrative duties. This role involves processing individual occupational licenses, planning and facilitating engagement activities, conducting training assessments, managing performance data, and assisting in recruitment processes. The HR Officer will maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Job Responsibilities

Licensing: Assists in processing the individual occupational licenses of employees Maintains all the records and update it on the system Coordinates with US FBG Licensing team for updates and other licensing requirements Ensures that employees have updated and active licenses for required states Coordinates with necessary vendors and stakeholders in processing the license Engagement: Assists in obtaining data, research and benchmark on the most appropriate engagement activity for the team Plans, creates and facilitates engagement programs in coordination with the Employee Experience Manager Evaluates engagement programs Collaborates with the engagement ambassadors Training and Career Development: Assists in facilitating a training needs assessment, competency mapping and management Creates and facilitates training programs in relation to competency gaps Perform training evaluations to measure program effectiveness. Assist in creating succession planning programs. Help identify and develop key talent for future leadership roles. Work on initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Organizational Design Assess and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Define and clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure organizational alignment and accountability. Analyze and redesign workflows and processes to enhance productivity. Talent Management and Acquisition: Helps in performance data management, keeping tabs of standard rating system Monitors performance improvement plans, coaching logs and other performance-based documents Others: Keeps tab of labor cases, including attendance-related issues Records and document keeper: 201 files and HR & Admin.
