Develop and maintain HR and administrative policies and internal rules and regulations by recommending and implementing process enhancements and administrative procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations. Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events. Assist to employees’ inquiries and provide basic HR-related information. Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and engaging work environment through various employee engagement initiatives. Maintain and update HR-related policies, procedures, and forms as needed. Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives Assist in DOLE Inspection and other Government compliance Prepare Clearances and Exit Survey Form of resigning employee/s; Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
