Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing Human Resources team. The HR Officer will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR functions (HR administration, Talent acquisitions, HR projects, Internal prevention, etc). This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR while contributing to the success of our organization.

What will you be doing?

Recruitment & Onboarding: Contribute to the full recruitment process by posting job openings on our ATS, sourcing and attracting top talent, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, performing reference checks, headhunting candidates through social media platforms and job boards, interviewing prospective hires, and facilitating engaging onboarding sessions for new employees.HR Documentation, Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, contracts, and performance reviews. Prepare reports as needed. Moreover, taking ownership of administrative tasks related to events, training platforms, medical visits, account setups, etc.Health, Safety & Well-being: Ability to become the company’s full internal prevention advisor.Participating in and contributing to HR projects and events. Actively contributing to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, job fairs, university campus events, etc., to enable a quick and efficient response. Furthermore, participate in HR projects.

QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or psychology. An HR-related education is considered a plus.Holds at least 2 years of HR related experience.Experience as an internal prevention advisor is a big plus.Ability to think strategically and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and French. Dutch is also nice to have. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.Knowledge of Belgian social and employment law is a plus.An open, assertive, and diplomatic personality, with the ability to build relationships easily.Flexibility, structure, proactive approach with a sense of urgency, and a strong team player spirit.Strong administration skills, with a keen attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take responsibility.
