Mission :
Responsible for effectively managing our payroll, payroll administration, all HR administration. Support on the people site of HR.
Provide first line support and advice to managers on all payroll issues.
Collaborate on several HR projects.
Tasks :
• Manage payroll, putting everything in order to make the payment of salaries via the social secretariat
• Follow-up of social documents (entry, exit, economic unemployment, .... )
• Follow-up of entry and exit in success factors
• HR Reporting
• Monitoring time records
• Being able to give advice to managers concerning social legislation
• HR administration
• Recruitment - on-site profiles + possible career interviews if people want to evolve
• Follow up application for grants for training given.
• HR Projects
Profile :
• Training: bachelor
• Experience: 5-10 Y
• ICT: MS Office, social media, ATS, payroll systems
• Languages: Dutch, French, English - very good knowledge both verbal and written
• Strong knowledgte of social legislation and the various recruitment channels
• Broad knowledge on HR processes and tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment activities
• Knowledge on L&D
• Function as strong communicator to maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrate stress resistance and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Adopt service-oriented approach to meet the needs of employees and stakeholders.
• Pro-active and problem solver.
• Result-oriented, driven, eye for detail, structured.
• Fluent adaptation to ever-changing situations.
