Job Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR Operation functions such as: Recruitment & Selection, Disciplinary Matters, Performance Management, Training & Development etc;Adhere to company’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the local laws;Coordinate with the respective departments on induction for new employees, exit clearance and salary final settlement for separation issues;Perform end to end payroll processing;Prepare monthly headcount report to Regional office;Liaise with employee on insurance and medical issues, and collate documents for submission of insurance claims;Responsible for Philippines’ task execution (recruitment, expense, absence modules) in HR information system.Support in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, within HR system according to Group guidelines.Deal with Department of Labor and Employment in Philippines for any employment issues and updates;Conduct administrative investigations into violations of the Code of Conduct and Good Behaviour for both staff and management team members.Address employee relations concerns, including counselling and discipline, to ensure proper adherence to company policies.Draft Notices to Explain, Notices of Conference, and Notices of Decision, ensuring compliance with the company’s disciplinary process.Ensure overall compliance with HR solutions and procedures applied within the business unit.Coordinate employee engagement activities to build strong, lasting relationships within the organization.Any other HR operational duties as assignedQualifications & Work Experience
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, or equivalentMinimum 3 years of Human Resources exposure preferably gained from sizable company.Experience in handling full spectrum of HR & administrative roles, preferably in marine industryProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliar with Workday system is an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized and MeticulousAble to work independentlyMature, presentable, stable and professional with good problem solving and communication skillsOur view on diversity, equity and inclusion
