This position reports to

HR Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Supervise the team and ensure HR processes are delivered in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with standard process flows • Act as subject matter expert in the team and work on complex issues or cases which are escalated for resolution• Take direct responsibility for monthly payroll closing and contract management with the payroll providers• Monitor accuracy of transaction processing and quality of data• Oversee analysis of HR transactions and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction• Identify and initiate the implementation of best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and drive productivity gains• Ensure continuous legal and data protection compliance of the HR processes and document templates used• Ensure a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and building on results• Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mindset and a proactive way of working • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching and training to the team

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources) and minimum 5 years of experience in the HR admin field including 1 year in a senior/expert/leader role with a strong motivation to lead a team Familiarity with designing, maintaining and executing HR operational processes Experience in HR administration type roles (ideally in a shared service environment) Strong experience working in HR with Hungarian legislation Ability to lead a small team (experience is a plus) Strong project management skills and experience leading cross functional teams in a multinational environment Fluent in English and Hungarian Strong communication skills, and experience in maintaining ongoing effective communication to a diverse audience Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build partnerships on all levels of the organization
