HR Operations Analyst
Job Description Job Purpose Intercontinental Exchange is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to support the Human Resources function of our fast-paced organization. The Human Resources Operations Analyst will provide critical support to our global HR team in maintaining the timely and accurate updating of our internal HR and recruiting systems to reflect the constant changes in our fast paced, growing company, responding to internal and external HR related requests, and taking on other ad hoc support work as necessary. Responsibilities Provide transactional support for global HR teams in company HRIS (Oracle HCM) Troubleshoot employee operational issues within Oracle HCM Maintain electronic employment records Process new hires and assist with onboarding for the global team Run reports from Oracle’s reporting system on request Track, report, and respond to global compliance filings and claims Perform administrative duties related to everyday HR functions Assist with other ad hoc assignments as needed Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree Strong execution skills and acute attention to detail Strong capacity for self-directed projects High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills to work with internal and external groups in a productive and professional manner Able to deliver effective results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and able to handle highly confidential information with discretion Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
