As an HR Operations Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns. Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications. Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers. Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills Customer service skills and call centre experience Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required. Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skillsWorking Conditions
Contractual/Limited-Term for 5 months Hybrid Setup Equipment will be provided for this assignment (Laptop and Headset). Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time Monday through Friday – During Temporary Peakseason, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may
include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours. Office environment – ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.
