What You'll Do

Join BCG’s HR Team in the Baku office as an HR Operations Intern, for a six-month internship. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will support the local HR team in administrative and operational tasks while being part of the broader East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) People and HR Team.

 

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

Assisting in HR administrative tasks, including handling personnel documentation (e.g., new hires, transfers, exits, vacations, sick leaves).Assisting with data entry and maintenance in the Electronic System of the Azerbaijani Government.Collaborating with local payroll providers, migration authorities, and the BCG Global Mobility Team.Assisting with the legalization process of foreign staff in the Caspian region (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan).Supporting record-keeping and compliance tasks related to HR processes.Helping facilitate inbound and outbound employee transfers.

 

Please mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.

 



What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.Advanced level experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); Proactive and positive attitude.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook.
