Responsibilities Leads process execution of annual HR roadmapProvides data analysis as appropriateCreates HR dashboardsAdministrative Onboarding and OffboardingMaster data maintenance SAP PHR, SAP InA, and UKGSystems administrationAdjustment of organizational structure in various HR systems (UKG, PHR, InA)Creation of SAP tickets/SAP HR key usersManages application requests for SAP rights with SIVISTime data preparation SAP & UKGCertification (creation of change, additional and secondary employment agreements)Proactively partners with Shared Services to address regional issuesProject manage key HR initiatives for the regionManages monthly headcount reconciliation with FinanceManages workforce planning process for regionManages HR self-audit aligned with internal controlsCreates and delivers HR operations training as neededLeads monthly “HR Delivers” meetings for managersManages Payroll process (personnel forms, salary adjustments, surcharges, bonuses, etc.)Manages foreign talent assignments and VISA application processManages annual HR policy updatesManage external market compensation analysisLead and/or Support PM/VSA annual processGlobal liaison for annual engagement survey prep, rollout, action planningPartners with HRBP team to proactively address internal stakeholder HR ops needsPartner with Finance to support annual budgeting processSupervision of internsAnalyzes employee Exit and Stay dataApprenticesInterviews Introduction of dual studiesMonthly feedback discussions with training officers or trainers/traineesPlanning trainee events/seminars Application Requirements A bachelor’s degree Human Resource or Business degree3-5 years HR Operations experience in a similar roleKnowledge of HR Systems  (ie: SAP, PHR, UKG)Effective oral and written communication skillsGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practices Excellent interpersonal skillsSkills in database management and record keeping Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfullyExcellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
