Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Process Optimization

Optimize and scale HR workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience by standardizing policies, automating processes, and aligning with global best practices.

HR Technology & HRIS Management

Oversee the selection, implementation, and enhancement of HR technology solutions to improve data accuracy, streamline operations, and drive digital HR transformation.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while optimizing employee benefits programs to enhance offerings and maintain regulatory adherence.

HR Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local and international labor laws, conducting audits and mitigating risks in collaboration with legal teams.

Employee Data Management & Analytics

Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records while leveraging HR analytics to provide workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with external HR service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cross-functional HR operations.

Continuous Improvement & Employee Experience

Drive process improvements and automation to enhance HR service delivery while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Process Management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Experience in scaling HR operations in a growth-stage company or multinational environment is preferred.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle HCM, Persona).Deep understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor law compliance.Strong knowledge of Lean HR, automation, and digital HR transformation.HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to drive insights.Experience in managing external service providers and negotiating contracts.
