Your Team, Your Impact
The HR Operations Specialist will primarily focus on administering and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, while also managing HR processes in Workday. This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.What You Can Expect
ServiceNow Administration: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user support. Utilize ServiceNow to manage and optimize shared services processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.Workday Management: Utilize Workday for various HR processes, including employee data management, EIB Load, reporting, and analytics.Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for employees.Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant with current laws and regulations.Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments.Employee Support: Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution through the ServiceNow and Workday platforms.Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports from ServiceNow and Workday to provide insights and support decision-making.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR operations.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation within ServiceNow and Workday.Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and Workday.Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
