HR Operations Representative

We are seeking an HR Operations Representative to lead human resources activities at our site for our Production and Operations team, ensuring a growing and collaborative environment. You will work in our Boulder, CO office and provide support to managers and employees. You will assist them in resolving issues, leading all aspects of HR processes, and formulating policies that align with our objectives. 
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Handle:

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues. Mediate and resolve complex workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when vital. Performance Management: Support teams through the performance management process, including feedback, coaching, and improvement plans. Offer expert advice on addressing performance challenges and fostering development. Ethics and Compliance: Lead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity. Provide clear guidance on ethical issues and ensure adherence to compliance policies. Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead onboarding and exit processes, conducting check-ins and exit interviews to enhance engagement and retention strategies. Analyze employee feedback to identify and address trends impacting the workforce. HR Service Delivery and Policy Management: Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while communicating and training on HR policies. Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources related experience   Excellent verbal and written communication skills Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $73,400-$94,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
