We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Operations and Services Specialist to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. The HR Operations and Services Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position involves working closely with various HR teams, including Local HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Global Centers of Excellence, to maintain data integrity, manage HR systems, and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, the Specialist will identify opportunities for process improvement, contribute to the implementation of HR projects, and ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders, all while adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

Optimise HR processes and the delivery of HR Services

Provide HR services to the organisation, focusing on efficiency, transparency, optimised processes, and clear communication with internal customers and stakeholders regarding deliverables, in accordance with agreed SLAsCollaborate with the HR Operations and Services Manager to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, optimisation, and automation.Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes, HRIS updates, Document Management, Pension Registration, Status Changes and EOSB calculations.

HRIS / Self Service Optimisation & Data Integrity

Provide information, education, and advice to employees on optimising HR self-service through the HR inbox and using the HRIS.Respond to employee requests such as Letters, Benefit administration, General Information etc in accordance with agreed SLAs.Keep up to date with HR technology trends for ongoing enhancement.Automate data entry and reporting tasks wherever feasible.

Maintain HRIS efficiency and ensure data integrity.

Payroll and Benefits Administration and Optimisation

Administer payroll and benefits efficiently and accurately in collaboration with HR team members and the Finance department.Ensure the timely execution of payroll reconciliation.Identify and optimise payroll and benefits processes for efficient service delivery. Refine these processes based on stakeholder feedback and insights.Maintain compliance with local payroll laws and regulations and update payroll practices according to changes in employment law.Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data accuracy and integrity.

HR Compliance, Audit and Regulatory Adherence

Ensure all HR policies comply with legal and regulatory standards.Stay informed of regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.Ensure that all processes are executed and documented as per audit requirements and standards.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?

Bachelor’s degree or HR Qualification is preferred5 to 7 years’ experience within HR, with at least 3 years working within a fast-paced organisation delivering HR Operations and Services.Strong working knowledge of HRIS. Workday experience strongly preferred but equivalent system experience considered.Strong excel essential and good ppt skills.English: Fluent spoken and written, with ability to write high quality internal communication.
