HR Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

Primary Location: Prague in Czech Rep.
Additional possible location: Niepołomice or Warsaw in Poland
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for for providing the appropriate people support within the CNE Cluster (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) through implementation of HR processes, coordinating payroll and benefits, being a key user for Workday and driving projects to improve associates’ experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
Associate Support: Assist managers with performance and legal queries, handle employee-related matters, and coordinate Health & Safety processes like accident reporting, training, and medical check-ups.Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including agency management and new hire induction schedules.Contract & Leave Management: Manage contracts, maternity leaves, and employee terminations while ensuring accurate updates in HR systems.Payroll & Benefits: Support monthly payroll processes, manage employee and handle updates for company resources like mobile phones and car leases.HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and track data related to hires, terminations, and leaves.Reporting & Insights: Prepare HR reports and provide data insights to support decision-making.Vendor Management: Handle contracts with external HR vendors.Project Support: Assist with implementing various HR initiatives and projects.What are we looking for?
University degree (Psychology or a similar field is a plus)Relevant experience in HR administration or an HR generalist positionFluent Czech and fluency in EnglishStrong planning and prioritization skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsData and analytical skills would be an advantageWhat can you expect from Royal Canin?
