We are seeking a dynamicOperations Specialistto join ourPeople Cultureteam in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a centre of excellence in HR operations as we innovate our processes by integrating our London and Horsham teams.
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive HR service to our HR Business Partnering Team. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of administrative, operational, and project management support. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR processes, manage human resources information and system transactions, and deliver professional and high-quality HR services. By maintaining high standards and adopting best practices, you will help shape our HR service delivery and foster positive outcomes for our employees and the business.

What You’ll Do:
Your role will involve:
Managing the employee life cycle, including processing new joiners, leavers, and transfers, as well as maintaining leave records and producing required documentation.Overseeing the maintenance of employee data using the Oracle HR system.
HR Administration:
Data Management:
Ensure the integrity of records in the HR system.Maintain the electronic employee filing system.Provide support for standard and ad hoc reports.
