If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic, inclusive environment, we’d love to meet you! **Core Responsibilities:** + Being a first point of contact on HR Admin questions for Office employees and LEGO Brand Retail employees + End-to-end ownership of personal files for all LEGO Group employees - in compliance with Polish labour law + Leading HR admin operational tasks on benefits, holidays, onboarding, employee contracts, etc. + Collaborating with LEGO Business Shared Service center on Polish related admin tasks + Taking part in various HR projects – Primarily related to Poland **Play your part in our team succeeding** You’ll be joining the CEEMEA People Partnering team, a group of seven dedicated HR professionals who support the regional market group in both HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. While each team member operates locally, collaboration extends across borders, with colleagues based in Warsaw, Prague, Dubai, and Bucharest.
