This position reports to

HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

•\tHandle employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, transfer, contract renewal, long service award,etc•\tManage employee’s personal file•\tEmployee certificate •\tResponsible for government activities (working hour application, workforce registration and reporting)•\tManage HR Service products •\tSupport Internal/External audit process•\tCoordinate with vendor/agency•\tCoordinate with other HR service line and Hub Service team ( In Bangalore, India)

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree or above\tBe able to adapt to a dynamic and multi-cultural working environment\tKnowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications\t2+ years’ experience in HR Service function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage\tCollaboration and networking skills\tExcellent speaking & written in English.
