Job Summary

As we grow fast and smart, SiTime is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Lviv team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support a wide range of workforce administration processes, such as new hires, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.Develop and maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.Administrate employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, personal days.Prepare payroll information for the Finance department.Coordinate the recruiting-related activities.Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (HR audits, policy updates), providing operational support as required.Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters. 

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):  

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as HR Operations Specialist or HR Administrator. Experience with HRIS systems.Intermediate level of English.Experience in personnel records management following the Ukrainian legislation and the Labor Code.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Understanding of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.High level of self-organization and time management skills.Effective communication and excellent follow-up skills.Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment. 

The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

SiTime compensation packages includes base salary, bonus based on achieving your innovation goals and equity.
