Your role and responsibilities

You will be working as HR Operation Specialist - Compensation & Performance and will be reporting to Jr.Team LeaderHROS and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree ofcustomer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. He/she supportsthe globally set standards for HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered tothe respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office or HubThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite, #LI- HybridThis role is contributing to the ABB Services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManaging compensation and benefits administration and supporting annual compensation, •\tannual incentive & sales Incentive processes Ensuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems and managing production worker Sales incentive calculation •\tEnsuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of information with all stakeholders •\tEnsuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level agreements (s) •\tPreparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary •\tSupporting employee queries using HR Case Management Tool – Service Now and leading process improvement projects as and when required

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fields \tMinimum 2 year’s experience in Payroll and salary calculation is mandate. \tExperience in compensation and benefits and Incentive planning in an HR Shared Services environment for a global company \tExperience in working in SAP module Understanding of Workday core compensation and advanced compensation module would be an advantage
