HR Operations Specialist II
Responsibilities We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist II to join our HR Operations team! In this role, you’ll be a part of providing exceptional customer service to contacts needing increased technical assistance resolving issues with HR system issues. Provide technical and project support for the HR Shared Service (HRSS). Serve as a tier 2 technical resource to research and answer questions or cases related to HR systems and HR data. Examples of systems could include: Oracle HCM, ADP self service and timecard system, and ServiceNow. Maintain specific foundational data setup and security in Oracle HCM database. Build privacy principles and controls into the foundation of HR EDM (Employee data management) business processes and systems (i.e. Privacy by Design) Operationalize regulatory and business requirements for HR data through consultation with data risk and privacy team Maintain HR EDM program documentation demonstrating compliance (processes, procedures, and controls) Work with HRSS teams to identify gaps in service processes and recommend efficiencies. Collaborate with HRSS and COE partners on issues related to process or systems. Assist in developing/editing/maintaining knowledge base content for HRSS team including the process maps and procedural guides. Handle more complicated research and assist other staff members in resolving issues. Act as a senior member of the team, leading key projects, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth and success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years related data work experience required. Demonstrates strong technical proficiency with an understanding of how systems work together and how HR data flows through the Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) system. Specialty experience in one or more HR fields preferred. Solid understanding of a leader's role and expectations in the organization and the tools and resources they use. Work independently to resolve escalated contacts Ability to understand and apply established COE center procedures and processes. Ability to efficiently navigate and use multiple technology solutions. Maintain confidentiality. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Prior work experience in building reports in PowerBI or OTBI. Additional Information Hours Working hours for this role are based around US Central Time Zone core business hours 8:00am - 4:00pm. Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements.
