Key Responsibilities:


Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes. Global project involvement to represent EMEA specific insights and perspectives. Ensuring effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.  Vendor Management contact for EMEA, managing relationships with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level. Collaborating closely with internal Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands and/or change-requests.Partnering with Global HR Operations team and fostering collaboration with all key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:


Completed degree in business administration, economics, human resources management or comparable studies.Minimum of 4-5+ years of service center experience, preferably in HR or related fields.Strong project management skills and experience in ​​change management and communication.Ability to build strong, productive, collaborative relationships and communicate at all levels in the organization, including senior leaders.  Great learning mindset and proven ability to get things done.Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work within a team as an individual contributor across several priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.Fluent English language proficiency, to ensure you can operate successfully in our international environment.Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders to accomplish projects. In depth knowledge of best practices in shared services, leveraging new technologies.Continuous improvement mind-set and capable to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency or employee training and advancement.Assess readiness of local processes and employees in case of new implementations in the field of HR Operations and recommend actions for project teams.Comfortable with heavy use of technology, knowledge of HR systems (ServiceNow and/or Workday experience is preferable).
