About the Role

The Human Resource Service Center Specialist provides centralized HR services to employees and managers, including employee benefits like time off, leave policies and other country benefits and handles various HR transactions and queries throughout the employee life cycle. The specialist follows established standards and procedures for addressing employee queries and issues and proactively ensures the efficiency of service center operations and transaction processes. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with HR technology, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for, benefits, and other HR transactions for employees and managers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations

Respond to employee and manager queries and requests regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures, and escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed

Maintain and update employee records and data in the HR information systems (Workday), and ensure data integrity and security

Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on the use of self-service tools and technology for HR transactions and information

Collaborate with HRBP, HR COEs and other key stakeholders to implement and improve service center processes, systems, and standards

Identify and report issues, trends, and opportunities for service center improvement and enhancement

Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in human resource service delivery

Participate in engagement activities with other regional shared services team members

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in human resource service center, operations, or related role in a multi-national company preferable worked for different countries

Knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to solve problems and provide solutions based on proven practices or procedures

Additional Qualifications:

English speaking required

Secondary language German or Spanish, French is a plus

Knowledge of labor law of Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain or France is a plus

Work Type:

Hybrid, mostly home-based.  For some tasks might have to be performed from our office in Wroclaw, candidates that live in Wroclaw or its surroundings are preferred.
