HR Operations Support Specialist

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Handle day-to-day maintenance and update of global/local HR database/systems
+ Administering the employee lifecycle; including but not limited to new hire processes, internal change or contract amendment and termination processes. To manage other general administrative tasks where HR operations support is required.
+ Initiates and executes administration process changes as part of continuous improvement process whenever possible.
+ Manage end to end process of hiring to support specific business unit or country.
+ Build and maintain strategic work relationship with the respective stakeholders
+ Collaborate with HR/shared service team members to work/troubleshoot on HR/systems related matters
**Who You Are:**
+ Responsible for the transfer and administration of human resources programs, policies, and practices in a shared-service HR model and at the same time ensure that the services delivered will be effective and efficient while at the same time striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and highest quality in service delivery.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
+ 1-2 years relevant experience in HR shared service environment preferred. Fresh graduate will be encouraged to apply as well.
+ Proactive, detail oriented, good communication, good follow-through skill, well-organized and eager to learn attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Proficient in MS Office
+ Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
