The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nLocal HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include: \nhourly talent acquisition, \nemployee relations activities, \nretention analysis & action planning, \nHR Administration for On and Off boarding, \npayroll, \ntimekeeping and compliance. \nbenefit and policy questions.. \nAdministers companywide HR initiatives. \nCoach and influences leaders and associates. \nConducts employee investigations.

Education Level preferred Associate or experience\nCertifications Preferred\nYears of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 2 to 3\nYears of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1\nYears of Employee Relations Experience 1\nYears of Employee Investigation Experience 0\nHR Administration Experience ( generalist payroll, etc) 1
