As an HR Partner, you will be at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring that our business and functional goals are met while staying compliant with local laws and regulations. You'll collaborate closely with our HR Solutions team to drive initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
Empower Leaders: Provide coaching and guidance on talent conversations, including career progression, promotions, and performance management.Strategic Partnering: Work with leaders to develop and implement people priorities that align with business goals.Leadership Development: Serve as a coach to leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, team development, and organizational design.Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive initiatives related to Voice, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), and Employee Experience (EX) tailored to local needs.Change Advocacy: Champion HR digitalization efforts and support the HR model by connecting leaders with the right HR solutions.Talent Management: Ensure our talent initiatives align with the broader HR strategy and support the management of our talent pipeline.Compliance and Relations: Maintain compliance with local labor laws and foster strong partnerships with employee representatives.Global Projects: Participate in regional and global HR projects to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR (Master's preferred).Experience: At least 5 years as an HR Generalist, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.Your Skills
