TE's HR Reginal Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, termination, and data analysis/metrics.
They implement Human Resources policies at the country partnering with the regional and/or global level organization to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible to make contributions for analyzing work processes and team interactions to determine company-wide programs for Korea.
Implements processes and programs designed to maximize employee productivity, performance, and engagement with the goal of identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Support strategic workforce planning based on each BU strategy according to the internal guideline and external legal requirement of labor law.
Balance HR resources to provide solutions to solve problems for the maximum performance.
Support in implementing established HR policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
Interprets and communicates company policies and ensures legal compliance with guidance.
Ensures compliance of company’s practices.
Qualifications• BS degree or above (HR related major preferred)
• 1~3 years of HR relevant experience
• HR functions experiences, C&B, Recruitment, Perf. MGMT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English must)
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international organization.
