Coordinate recruiting/staffing process. Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification. Administer new hire orientation. Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll. Maintain personnel files. Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program. Compile and maintain report data as assigned.
