ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning for the entire company.Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce efficiency.Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for all positions.Develop and deliver training programs tailored to staff needs and business objectives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the organization.Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive culture throughout the company.Advise on compensation and benefits strategies for all roles.Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
