We are currently looking for a HR Payroll Specialist with German or Swedish to join our existing team.

You will report directly to Payroll Manager, EMEA East.

Duties & Responsibilities

Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulationsProcess employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processingEffectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendorsProactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll managerCooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendorsTakes part in audit and other common related activities once requiredManage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies)

 

Core requirements:

Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learnVery good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbersFluent English and German or SwedishOpen minded with good level of motivation and initiative, self-discipline, task prioritizationVery good communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in HR Operations (preferably minimum 1 – 2 years in payroll, benefits, taxes, staff cases or similar)Experience in Kronos, Workday or any other time and attendance system
