HR People Partner, DCS Mexico
Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner / People Partner to complement our HR team at our Danfoss location in Apodaca N.L. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for your business area and align HR practices with business objectives. You will advise and support managers on a variety of HR-related topics, including , blue collar turnover, recruitment strategy hourly level, succession planning, performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational development. You will act as a change agent and drive initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

· You will be the primary HR contact for 2 of business units operations, taking ownership of HR initiatives for reduce turnover and recruitment best practices for blue collar.

· You will advise our managers on the implementation of the HR strategy and be the first point of contact for the global management team and Global HR Business Partners.

· You will be in close communication with national and international managers in your area on topics such as strategic workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and organizational changes.

· As part of the HR team, you act as the interface to the HR Service Center and regularly coordinate the status of ongoing manager requests. For this purpose, you cultivate a trusting and professional relationship with the works council.

· In addition, you will be involved in the implementation of local, regional or global HR initiatives and be an active member of the committees of the local management team.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.  

· You have completed a degree with a focus on human resource management or a comparable education and have several years of professional experience in manufacturing turnover and recruitment process, e.g., as an HR Business Partner.

· Fluent English skills, knowledge of Trees is a plus.

· You are a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, with the ability to influence and support across all levels.

· You have solid knowledge of Mexican labour law and experience working with collective labour agreements (Union).

· You’re comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution, always with a people-first mindset.
