Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR People Partner, who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

In this role, you will focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. You will act as a sparring partner to our management to support the ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit. Apart from establishing and executing the full cycle of business partnering, you will develop, train and support the leadership excellence for our leaders. Among these tasks you will implement the key leadership processes around performance and talent, foster a good collaboration across the unit as well as participate in cross-organizational projects and continuous improvement.  Background & Skills

Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable HR business partnering experience within a global, highly matrix Companies. Proficient in English language, this person will communicate with people across the Organization Strong collaboration and communication skills Hands-on, with a strong sense of urgency and a sensitive business acumen  A good understanding of organizational changes and experience in leading transformations and organizational development. Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
