About the Role
HR Performance & Rewards, Assistant where you will play a support role in supporting HR operations, HR communication, and HR Services. You will also have opportunities to fill in your capabilities in data analytics and HR processes.- Prepare the relevance administration documents for registration and movement update such as Social Security registration, Provident Fund Vendors, and etc.
- Coordinate and prepare the report on Employee Wellness Activities
- Support staff benefits document administration
- Assist on employee communication in various channels
- Support on HR platform UAT in the related role.
- Perform other duties as assigned
