As a Performance and Talent Management Intern, you will support the design, implementation, and deployment of initiatives that foster talent development and employee growth. You will work with a team dedicated to enhancing professional growth through innovative tools and data analysis. You will report to the Performance and Talent Management Senior Specialist.
Performance and Talent Management: Support and enhance the efficiency of performance and talent management processes in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.Data Management: Perform data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting in collaboration with the digital HR team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and support the deployment and effectiveness of performance and talent management initiatives across functions and regions.Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, and support initiatives related to performance and talent management activities and meetings with key stakeholders.Content Development: Create engaging materials such as presentations, toolkits, and handouts.Communication: Support internal communication initiatives to promote the deployment of performance and talent management strategies.Your Profile:
