Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking an HR Planning Staff to join our team in Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in managing employee remuneration and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the implementation and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs Gather and analyse data to support HR planning and decision-making processes Participate in the preparation of HR reports and presentations Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures Set up and monitor divisional budget. Manage payroll and policies on the HR System.
