Job Purpose and Impact The HR Process Consultant – ServiceNow will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will perform moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.Key Accountabilities Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff#LI-Hybrid#LI-RC2Qualifications Minimum:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, IT, or related fields.2 - 4 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSDIntermediate-advanced English proficiency.Advanced Excel and analysis skills.Experience with ServiceNow HRSD to optimize processes using standard configurations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to redesign processes through gap analysis and workshops.Effective collaboration with stakeholders and experience creating technical documentation.Preferred:Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ServiceNow, or similar.Knowledge of HR processes aligned with ServiceNow HRSD solutions.Experience in Power BIExperience with Agile methodologies and working in sprints.Collaboration in global, cross-functional environments.Leadership in unit testing, UAT, and managing organizational changes.Skilled in facilitating design workshops and defining functional requirements.
