Eastman is seeking a Global HR Process and Systems Specialist to collaborate with our team for managing HR organizational structure, critical people data, and engage the appropriate resources to execute in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and SAP HR Personnel and Org Management database.
The specialist will report to the HR Process and Systems Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting global employee status updates and maintaining organizational structures within SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP. The specialist will be responsible for creating and updating training materials and job aids to incorporate new functionalities and system updates. Furthermore, the specialist will actively participate in HR process improvement and automation projects to enhance overall efficiency.

High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of HR focused work experience preferred Must have demonstrated knowledge of a cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have SuccessFactors HCM. Experience with SAP HR Personnel Administration and Org Management is a plus Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications Must demonstrate close attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work Analytical ability to understand relationships and interactions between various systems Deliver accurate results with data integrity a primary focus Ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and priorities Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied work hours Serve as project member with project management experience a plus support HR data transactions Work without close supervision - demonstrates initiative and must be proactive Collaborate with global HR team members to support HR data transactionsEastman Chemical Company is an equal opportunity employer.
