The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively. This HR Professional will serve as a point of contact for employees and management on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and concerns.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
* Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates
* Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies
* Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
* Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations
* Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations and HR programs
