HITT is seeking a motivated and service-orientated Program Associate to join the Human Resources team at Headquarters in support of the Learning and Development program. In addition to the learning management system (Workday Learning) and a robust cohort program, L&D also includes the HITT Futures Program. The Futures Program has evolved over nearly 20 years to be an immersive educational experience that has helped hundreds of candidates gain the entry-level experience needed to begin, develop, and support their future careers in construction. The Program Associate role is a critical first line of support to all HITT team members—from seasonal intern to senior leadership—and is responsible for ensuring they understand HITT’s policies and protocols, their job responsibilities and training requirements, and have access to various tools and resources to ensure their ultimate success, engagement, and productivity.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic and passionate about the holistic employee experience and principles of learning and development. They will be resourceful and a quick learner, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once. This role requires excellent attention to detail and organization skills, as well as a keen eye for creating meaningful experiences. They will report to the HITT Futures Program Manager and will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Engagement teams to execute a best-in-class program experience.

Responsibilities
Acts as the first line of support to answer initial questions or concerns from team members and triages or escalates other inquiries to other subject matter experts when necessary
Provides data management and analysis to support transparent reporting regarding team member participation and success metrics
Ensures team members who have newly begun employment with HITT have access to vital information about the programs and create the best first impression possible
Ensures learning and performance feedback is gathered at key milestones of the new hire experience, i.e., following orientation, 1-week Futures Program Check-In, 30-day Futures Program touchpoint, 90-day training requirements, Futures Program Training Topics, etc. and partners with the HR Business Partner team to identify emergent themes and recommend solutions to enhance their experience
Executes various tasks and activities to successfully support cohort learning, specifically HITT’s 10-week summer internship program and limited high school externship experience
Helps maintain the current list of Futures Program Sponsors
Evaluates the progress of all Futures team members at 30-Days to ensure they are advancing as expected throughout the onboarding phase of the program and elevates needs to Futures Program Manager or HRBP
Partners with internal teams to support learning and development initiatives that ensure team members are equipped for success in their roles, such as identify the need for new or revamped training, facilitating new cohort activities or networking opportunities, etc.
Provides coordination support as needed to the Team Member Engagement team for major L&D events such as cohort activities, networking events, service projects, and various appreciation activities, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Education, HR or other relevant area of study required
2+ years of experience in a corporate setting required
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with demonstrated ability to analyze comprehensive data in Excel, is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Ability to work autonomously and self-direct priorities is required
Spanish speaking and writing literacy proficiency is a plus
Experience with Workday is a plus
Experience in orientation facilitation, onboarding, shared services, and/or events management is desirable
Critical thinking and willingness to go the extra mile, giving even the smallest tasks a high level of attention
