Leidos has an opening for an HR Project Director, who will act as the HR functional lead supporting company-wide critical initiatives, beginning with a multi-year intentional mobility and resource management initiative. In this role, you will lead transformational initiatives, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the company (Finance, Performance Excellence, Contract, Business Development). You will serve as a key point of contact for process and system design decisions, handle the overall day to day for the project including issue resolution and activity prioritization, manage stakeholders, lead change management, and partner closely with the program teams from our lines of business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the program manager for the intentional mobility and resource management initiative, with day-to-day accountability for the projectCoordinate socialization and approvals from the business leaders and stakeholders of the projectsSecure project subject matter experts to provide required project insightsCollaborate with teams to identify project phases and roadmap for future stateIdentify key issues requiring resolution by project sponsors and ensuring integration across the functional teamsEnsure team integration for Leidos between internal teams and outside consultantsLead system implementation for HR, including new technology implementation and integration with existing Leidos systems. Manage vendor relationships, timeline and project executionLead HR SME teams to design, develop, and test solutions to meet critical deliverables and milestonesReview and provide quality assurance on work productsPresent project progress to executive leadership and act as the central point of contact for design decisionsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience in IT project management, with a preference that at least 4 years have been at a leadership level and involved leading HR, financial, or professional services automation (PSA) system implementations. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.7+ years of experience supervising or leading teamsKnowledge of HR, financial forecasting and tracking, and program management processes and toolsSelf-directed, strong and inspirational program managerStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholdersProven ability to manage and develop teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovationExperienced and proficient in managing across a virtual/geographically dispersed teamPreferred Qualifications:

Pay Range:Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
