HR Program Lead, Learning Technology
**Overview** **ABM** is hiring an **HR Program Lead, Learning Technology** to oversee the ITSM for our Learning Management System (LMS). This role will serve as the LMS technology leader and will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing and evaluating the LMS technology and associated processes to meet the needs of our team members across the enterprise. Duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, tracking program/project details (including timelines, budgets, and resources), and ensuring that the program meets set goals and strategic objectives. **Essential Functions** + Provide ongoing program management of the VenU LMS (ABM University). + Hold expert understanding of system functionality and configuration options. + Partner with the LMS vendor to provide both administrative instruction and identify system enhancements opportunities. + Monitor steps of a project or program for successful completion. + Identify, document and track risks, actions, and issues; Consistently review program/project dependencies to ensure these are being effectively managed across the relevant stakeholder groups. + Perform project close out steps to include identifying lessons learned, / best practices, to inform the success of future project. + Identify and apply continuous improvements methodologies throughout the project management lifecycle. + Lead team meetings to discuss progress and maximize productivity. + Coordinate with change management, communications and training teams where required to ensure optimized delivery + Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities including the creation, maintenance and distribution of project documentation. + Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders; foster a positive, collaborative work environment. **Qualifications – Education & Experience** + 3-5 years of demonstrated experience successfully coordinating and leading programs and/or projects to successful completion (HR or Learning specific programs preferred). + 2 - 3 years of experience administering a Learning technology. + Firm understanding of program management procedures that increase efficiency. **Qualifications – Other Skills, Abilities & Knowledge** + Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and working collaboratively across all disciplines and levels. + Display advanced communication (verbal and written), organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. + Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple competing deliverables. + Ability to create reporting criteria and documentation to measure program impact. + Solution-oriented mindset; a problem solver who thinks outside the box to find solutions with a track record of successful results delivery. + Prior experience with and understanding of learning technologies/learning management systems + Prior experience with and understanding of Smartsheet functionality (Preferred) + Prior experience with and understand of the VenU LMS platform (Preferred) **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
