The HR Project Coordinator assists the HR Programs Director with planning, communication and implementation of HR projects and HR internal process improvements.

ResponsibilitiesMain Ingredients:
Provides program management support for the HR department including communicating and tracking compliance of the below programs:Annual Feedback ProcessAnnual Increases ProcessAnnual 360 surveysPolicy Acknowledgements in DayforceProvides project support for the HR department including communication, tracking, writing SOPs and QRGs, training, and scheduling of meetings, etc.Rollout, configuration and administration of new leave management tool.Maintains HR SharePoint Page for all areas of HR.Coordinate internal HR process updates with impacted departments.Create and conduct manager employee training on HR related topics.

QualificationsRecipe for Success:
High School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 2 years of project management experience required.Intermediate Excel skills requiredIntermediate office 365 skills including MS Forms, SharePoint, Teams, PowerAutomate, One Drive, File management, etc.HRIS system reporting, configuration and workflow experience preferred.Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and other critical data and represent the data in graphs, charts and reports for higher level leadership.Ability to translate data into an understandable document.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex ideas effectively.Strong personal organizational and planning skills.Ability to work independently, strong judgement and decision-making skillsAbility to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.Computer proficiency and technical aptitude.Ability to skillfully manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently while maintaining strong customer serviceStrong presentation and facilitation skills
